“But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”
To be able to masturbate, you must harbor sexual lusts in the mind so you may get sexually aroused. This is done by watching erotic imagery like porn or lusting at a person in your mind. Research confirms that people who masturbate regularly may capture an erotic scene during a particular time, and replay the scene in their mind as they masturbate so they can arouse themselves and ejaculate. This confirms that masturbation is a sin in the Bible.
From the verse above, adultery or fornication is not only physically engaging in sex, but by just looking lustily at a woman, one commits sexual sin.
